I’m sat in Rio de Janeiro Galeao International airport about to board my final round the world flight – home. I can’t believe its five months since I left the UK. That’s 158 days i’ve been on the road. I also can’t believe I’m leaving 28 degree Brazil for 2 degree England. Well at least I’m not off to Estonia. It’s been -31 most nights for the past few weeks – so cold the Gulf of Finland has frozen!

It’s hard to sum up what a trip it’s been – I’ll need a few days (or weeks) to fully get my thoughts together, but one thing is for sure – it’s been the trip of a lifetime!
